6350-P48 stack of 2 switches - some ports do only POE - no connection

We have a stack of 2 6350-P48's. Ports 1/30-36 only the POE is working. When we connect a computer to those ports, nothing happens. The led does not start blinking to detect activity on the ports, connection is not established.

When we connect a VOIP-phone on the ports, we can see the POE works but that is all that is working.

The configuration is as it should be. Hardware-issue?

My guess is a restart of the switch could solve this. Or a firmware upgrade, the switch isn't running on the latest firmware we deploy.

Anyone else who experienced this issue?

Never seen such an issue to date. I would suggest test the loopback connection on the port 1/30-36 as below which may help to isolate the issue.

Without disabling POE on the ports connect a cable one end to port 1/31 and another end to 1/32, see the LED are up.
Disable the POE on the specific ports connect a cable one end to port 1/31 and another end to 1/32, see the LED are up.

This will help to isolate whether there is an issue with Hardware or not?
