Anyone has document about STELLAR AP1221 support 802.11f ?

The 802.11f Recommendation has been ratified and published in 2003.
IEEE 802.11f was a Trial Use Recommended Practice. The IEEE 802 Executive Committee approved its withdrawal on February 3, 2006. No vendor has ever implemented 802.11f.
IEEE: 802.11f mainly supports coordinated handovers, Standard is today replaced by 802.11r (resource management), 802.11k (fast handover for vehicular applications).
