I am deploying 802.1X LAN security across a global network. Recently I have encountered Alcatel IP desk phones that are configured to use 802.1X and are presenting a device identity certificate. This is excellent!
However I don't have a copy of the certificate chain installed into my trusted store on the authentication store. This should be accessible but I am struggling to find a download location.
The error message (attached) informs me that I don't have the full certificate chain installed. I guess I am missing an intermediary certificate that issued the device certificate.
Can anyone provide some direction where I can download the full chain?
