[RESOLVED] AP1101 "UNKNOWN"

AP1101 "UNKNOWN"

Hey,

Since month, we have 2 AP in a group “A” with these address IP:

192.168.32.3 (MASTER) & .4

Yesterday, we receveid a new one and she took 192.168.32.5

Unfortunatly, we can’t join the group A with the number 3, says “unknows” since the manager web application (192.168.32.3).

Can you help us?

If all the AP's are in the same VLAN, then as you suspect firmware of AP's may be different which can cause the issue. Please upgrade and have all AP's to the latest & same software version.
