afther install patch openssl, command show configuration snapshot exit error
-> show configuration snapshot

Hi Coleman,
This doesn't seem normal. Please try to reboot and check if it is working.
If not, you can try to upgrade to the latest release.
Otherwise, raise a ticket with ALE support.
