Error snapshot after install patch

platform:6360

afther install patch openssl, command show configuration snapshot exit error

-> show configuration snapshot

Wed Oct 26 23:35:25 : ConfigManager SNAP WARN message: +++ Snapshot failed for PKGMGR (211/0) ERROR: Unable to retrieve PKGMGR snapshot.

+++ Snapshot failed. (error = -5)

This doesn't seem normal. Please try to reboot and check if it is working.

If not, you can try to upgrade to the latest release.

Otherwise, raise a ticket with ALE support.
