Import error since 2 weeks: An import is currently in progress, please try again later

Since 2 weeks, I try to import of xlsx file to create Guest Account tickets.
No problem before. The xlsx file format is OK. See the attached file
But 2 weeks ago, the import progress never finish and now, each time I try to do it, I have this error: An import is currently in progress, please try again later

How to resolve this ?
I have ask my our service provider and installer, but no answer.
NB: I have no administrator access. Juste for creating tickets.

 

Con anyone help me ?
