can OV2500 retain system access of administrators, reports, audit, sessions, or activity logs of users, logs of all transactions done made to each of its components, for at least one year.?

Hello,

OV logs the following on a per user basis:

Login / Logout Changes in Device Catalog Changes in Managed Devices

This log's content is kept for 365 days. You can access the log either via the icon to the right of your user name at the top of the OV window, or by going to Administration -> Audit -> User Activity Log.
