Hi, sometimes the optical ransceiver link down and it don't link up to I reload the switch. The result of "show interace ddm" tell me there is a problem, "Tx Bias" is 0.000 mA. I've tried with diferent transceivers and the result is the same. I have to reload the module to link up the interface. The switch is a 6860E-48.

Can you check if the transceiver that you use is in the compatibility matrix? Please find attached the document. Be also sure that the switch software is compliant

The software is compliant because there are more transceivers like this operate on other switches with the same software.
Yes, the software is compliant. The transceiver is SFP-10G-SR Alcaltel Lucent. The software’s version is OS6860E-48 8.7.98.R03 GA.
