Stellar Express Mode Cluster Limitation

Hi, i have a question about the Stellar express mode cluster limitation. In the picture attached says that if mixed AP models in any cluster of size > 64, recommendation is for every 64 APs to include at least 2 APs from either AP1220 series, AP1230 series or AP1251.

The line thats says: “for every 64 APs to include at least 2 APs from either AP1220 series, AP1230 series or AP1251”, Does it means that for every 64 mixed APs, at least 2 of those 64s have to be 1221s or 1231s ? or it means that for every 64 mixed APs i need to “add” 2 extra 1221s or 1231 APs making a total of 66?

Don’t know where you got this limitation in yellow in your comment but APs limitations rules in Express mode are those below that I remind for your information:

Up to 32 Stellar Access Points per AP-Group, with AP1101 and AP1201H models only
Up to 64 Stellar Access Points per AP-Group, with minimum of 4 AP12XXs (except AP1201H) or minimum of 4 AP13XXs
Up to 255 Stellar Access Points per AP-Group, with minimum of 8 AP12XXs (except AP1201H) or minimum of 8 AP13XXs
