[RESOLVED] Wall Phone Issues Alcatel Lucent A8018

We have purchased the A8018 and wall mount 3MG27210AA: Wall mounting kit but when the kit and phone are attached to the wall and the handset placed in the cradle it falls off. Is this a problem for others or a proven solution?
