OmniVista phone question

I have an 8038 ALE desktop phone.  I created a new extension for the phone and added it to the phone.  It receives and can make calls.  However, I cannot transfer calls to the voicemail of other phones.  Where should I look in the configuration to check why?  I have already gone through and matched settings between a working extension and this one that does not work right.

If this is the wrong forums for OmniVista, where can I turn for help with those systems?

Hi Appleman,

 

This is not the right forum. This one is for OmniVista 2500 and Cirrus. For networking, not for telephony. I suggest you contact your business partner or ALE support with your query.
