OVC not able to add device " Device Already exsists"

While I’m trying to add AP  again to same   OVC  instance  its giving error ” The Serial number XXXX already exists in OV” ,Although its not their in the device Catalog & managed device.From AP CLI the AP is working in Cluster mode….

Answers

Serial number under others Instance can give this error. You need to open ticket with support to clear it.
