Switch network congestion

I have 6860N switch which is having uptime for more than 100 days. However the switch has a packet loss on the network for 30 mins then it came back we found the logs in our network monitoring tool regarding the packet loss.

But we didn’t have clue from the switch logs what happened?

Any advice as need to find RCA?

May the packet loss be related to a network failure somewhere in between your network monitoring tool and the switch but not on the switch itself?
